About this course

What happens in the room.

Every organization says it wants to be data-driven — but that only happens when ordinary employees, not just analysts, can work with data confidently. Participants learn to think with data — asking the right questions and judging data quality — then build real skill in Excel: cleaning messy exports, essential formulas and lookups, and summarizing with pivot tables and KPIs.

That skill is then multiplied with AI, using ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot to generate formulas, explore datasets, and produce executive-ready summaries in minutes instead of days. Every exercise runs on realistic data from your own sector — branch performance, churn, claims, transactions, or service statistics — and, where you provide anonymized data, directly on your own.
